charming, charming, charming
We enjoyed an spacious room with tall ceilings and luxurious decor that felt enchanting. The room had a lovely balcony opening onto a beautifully lit street, giving us a perfect vantage point to soak in the holiday spirit. The breakfast room was a feast for the eyes, beautifully designed and filled with a good variety of fresh food.
can recommend 😊❤️

The breakfast was delicious, free for tea or a drink. Centrally located hotel, very close to a capital city, S-Bahn stations and nice shops. And a 5-minute walk from a known zoo...

Had a great time at Augusta Am Kurfuerstendamm! Perfect spot near shopping and super comfy beds. The breakfast was a real treat, but watch out for the confusing room layout, it took a while to find our way around. Solid experience!

For a 3-star hotel - great. In Berlin's elite cozy area at the intersection of Kurfuerstendamm and Fazanen Strasse, with a cozy green courtyard. Our windows overlooked the courtyard, waking up in the morning to birdsong. Since the hotel is housed in an old building, walls are thick, ceilings are high and room is quiet. There is a minibar that can be used as a fridge, safe. Bathroom is spacious, on the shelf - fresh flowers (anturium). Pleasant room design. Comfortable bed, perfect (for me) small. fountain pillows. Lived 11 days, changed the linen several times. Polite, friendly, attentive staff. kind, helpful staff, for a 3-star hotel is excellent, every day there were new original snacks. Breakfast rooms are cozy, candles are burning, there are 2 tables on the balcony with geranium.
Room cleaning is bad. Vacuuming was rare, but since the floors without carpeting, it was not critical. There was no air conditioning in our room, only a devolently powerful fan, but since the window was 30 degrees and above, the discomfort was isolated. The rooms are located in two entrances of a good-quality apartment building. One of the entrances has to go through the patio. The elevator stops in both entrances between the floors (the floors are high), so one passage on the stairs has to go down or up. It's inconvenient if things are heavy. But the staff smoothes out this inconvenience, the staff helps to move things when checking in and checking out. They escort you to your room when you check in, so you can't get confused about finding a room.

Never thought I'd complain about a hotel room smelling musty, but here we are. The layout is an absolute nightmare, very complicated. Oh, and while I did expect a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, that didn't happen. Just could not let this stay go without addressing the mediocrity here.

Wonderful breakfast: everything is fresh, quality and delicious. Pleasant interior and table setting. Very tasty coffee in all kinds. Friendly and responsive staff. Comfortable beds and beds. Excellent location: close to Kudam, where the best shops of Berlin are concentrated, many cafes nearby, close to a bus stop (including a straight line to Tegel) and the subway.
No mat in the room, it would be cozier, so it is necessary to grab slippers. Cleaning could have been a little better: not every day they vacuumed and washed the floor, changed the bed rarely (compared to other Berlin hotels). In the mornings, Wi-fi is not always stable.

The building features beautiful architecture. Rooms offer decent space, especially those on higher floors with views.
Rooms lack air conditioning and have inadequate ventilation during summer. Several guests reported insect issues and outdated furnishings.

Room was a good size, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
The room appeared clean but upon closer look there was hair along the baseboard. Maid service also did not replace the dirty glasses in the room.

Good location, staff were first class in this rather quirky (but in a good way) hotel. Everything you need on your door step including transport to elsewhere. Wont break the bank either and fair value
Our room was in a strange location (room 38) to get to it you go up stairs, take a lift down to basement which opens into a garden, walk across garden to other lift then up in lift to third floor, down some stairs then along a corridor. No great problem just strange. Although met people who had stayed there 5 times but first time at that part of hotel

I booked 7 nights at Augusta Am Kurfuerstendamm on a very decent price considering it was the last week of the Euro 24 Football Championship. I couldn't have been luckier. A really great location in the heart of Berlin, excellent and friendly staff, a super clean room, and all facilities I needed for my stay. Easy walking distance (7 minutes) to the metro and overground train back to the airport and a whole range of shops and restaurants to wander around in.
Limited television options in English.

June 22, 2011 Hotel Augusta is the best. I will stay there on all my Berlin trips from now on. Great price, beautiful accommodations, a minute from the u bahn, the best location in the heart of West Berlin located on a beautiful, quiet residential street, amazing breakfast in a relaxing, well appointed breakfast room, and an expresso machine in my room. What more could one want. You will not be disappointed with the Hotel Augusta.
The staff could have been a little more friendly. They were ok. The owner was delightful.
